Compact trauma IFAK with structured internal organization, external tourniquet access, and direct MOLLE/PALS mounting.
The Zentauron Trauma IFAK was developed as a complete compact trauma-care system rather than simply another medical pouch.
Created with input from personnel from various police and military units and together with TREMA, the German professional association for tactical casualty care, the pouch is designed around practical organization of commonly used trauma equipment and TCCC-oriented concepts.
The Faststick version attaches directly to compatible MOLLE/PALS platforms and is suited for plate carriers, protective vests, tactical backpacks, and other modular load-bearing systems.
Made in Germany.
Designed for Tactical Trauma Care
The internal layout is designed to accommodate a broad range of compact trauma and first-aid equipment.
Suitable contents can include:
- Tourniquets
- Pressure dressings
- Gauze and bandages
- Triangle bandages
- Disposable gloves
- Trauma shears
- Small flashlights
- Airway equipment
- Decompression needles
- Chest seals
- Other compact medical supplies
The pouch provides the organization platform; the exact medical configuration can be adapted to the user's training, role, and requirements.
Fast, Glove-Friendly Access
Large zipper pulls with rubber tabs make the pouch easier to open under demanding conditions.
The design is intended to remain accessible:
- While wearing gloves
- With reduced dexterity
- During one-handed access
- In low-light or high-stress environments
The wide-opening main compartment keeps the contents visible and organized.
Internal Organization
The interior provides:
- 2 mesh pockets
- 2 large elastic loops
- 8 small elastic loops
This combination allows different types of medical equipment to be retained separately instead of moving loose inside the pouch.
External Tourniquet Compartment
A dedicated external tourniquet pouch is secured with hook-and-loop closure.
This provides immediate access to a tourniquet without first opening the main compartment.
A hook-and-loop identification panel on the tourniquet pouch measures approximately:
2 × 2 in / 5 × 5 cm
It can be used for:
- Medical patches
- IFAK identification
- Unit markings
- Name or team patches
- Other hook-backed identifiers
MOLLE / Faststick Mounting
Two integrated Faststick attachment elements allow the pouch to mount directly to common MOLLE/PALS equipment.
Suitable platforms include:
- Plate carriers
- Protective vests
- Tactical backpacks
- MOLLE battle belts
- Load-bearing equipment
- Other compatible PALS platforms
Depending on the setup, the pouch can also be adapted for belt or vehicle-based mounting.

Mission Frontline Take
The Faststick version is the right choice if you want the Trauma IFAK integrated directly into a MOLLE/PALS setup.
Its strongest feature is the structured internal organization. The combination of mesh pockets and different-sized elastic loops makes it easy to build a consistent layout, which is particularly useful when the same kit is used repeatedly during training or professional applications.
The external tourniquet compartment is another major advantage because it keeps one of the most time-sensitive pieces of equipment accessible without opening the complete pouch.
Compared with the other Trauma IFAK mounting options:
Faststick → direct MOLLE/PALS mounting
Belt Version → vertical or horizontal belt carry
Hook-and-Loop Version → detachable mounting on large loop surfaces
For a plate carrier, tactical vest, or MOLLE-equipped backpack, the Faststick version is the most straightforward configuration.
Compare the Trauma IFAK Belt Pouch for vertical or horizontal belt carry and the Trauma IFAK Hook-and-Loop for detachable mounting on compatible loop surfaces. Explore all IFAKs & Medical Pouches.
