TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective: September 2026

OVERVIEW

Welcome to Mission Frontline USA.

Mission Frontline USA is the U.S.-facing online storefront operated by Mission Frontline, a business established in Germany. Throughout these Terms, “Mission Frontline,” “Mission Frontline USA,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to that business unless otherwise stated.

Mission Frontline USA is currently operated from Germany and serves customers in selected destinations within the United States.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, govern your use of missionfrontlineusa.com and purchases made through the website.

By accessing the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

You must be at least the age of majority applicable in your place of residence to make a purchase through our store.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate account, billing, payment and shipping information.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

You may not use false information, impersonate another person or use payment information that you are not authorized to use.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

Mission Frontline offers selected German and European tactical equipment, apparel, field gear, outdoor equipment, medical equipment and related products.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, sizing information, photographs, colors, availability and other information are accurate.

However, minor differences may occur due to manufacturing variations, production batches, materials, lighting, photography, display settings or other factors.

Colors shown on a screen may not exactly represent the physical product.

Where we state a specific country of origin, technical specification, certification, military standard, manufacturer specification or other product characteristic, that statement applies only to the product for which it is specifically provided.

Product availability and specifications may change without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities where reasonably necessary.

3. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products contained in that order.

An automated order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.

A purchase contract is accepted when we expressly confirm acceptance or send confirmation that the order has been dispatched, whichever occurs first.

Payment may be authorized or processed before final acceptance.

If payment has already been collected and we are unable to accept the order, the affected amount will be refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of:

suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;

incorrect pricing or product information;

inventory errors;

shipping restrictions;

import or export restrictions;

sanctions or other legal requirements;

or an obvious technical error.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been collected, the affected payment will be refunded.

Products may be purchased for lawful personal or professional use.

Commercial resale, redistribution or export may require prior authorization from Mission Frontline or the manufacturer where applicable.

4. PRICES, PAYMENT, TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES

Prices on missionfrontlineusa.com are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

The product price applicable to an order is the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

Shipping charges are shown separately during checkout.

Any sales or similar tax that Mission Frontline is legally required to collect will be calculated and displayed at checkout where applicable.

Where Mission Frontline is not legally required to collect a particular U.S. state or local tax, the customer may remain responsible for any tax obligations imposed by applicable law.

IMPORT DUTIES

For orders shipped to supported U.S. destinations under our standard Mission Frontline USA shipping model, applicable import duties and customs charges that are our responsibility for importing the shipment are included in the price structure presented by Mission Frontline.

Customers should not ordinarily be required to pay an additional import-duty charge to receive an eligible Mission Frontline USA order.

If a shipping carrier or customs authority unexpectedly requests an import-duty or customs payment relating to an order that was sold as duties included, please contact Mission Frontline before making the payment whenever reasonably possible so that we can review the shipment.

Import-duty treatment may differ for destinations, products or shipping methods that are expressly identified as exceptions before purchase.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Mission Frontline USA orders are currently fulfilled from Germany unless otherwise stated.

Current shipping options, shipping prices, supported destinations and estimated transit times are described during checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, security events and other circumstances outside our reasonable control can affect delivery times.

We nevertheless remain responsible for complying with applicable legal requirements relating to order shipment and delays.

If we cannot ship an order within a time period that we represented or within another period required by applicable law, we will provide any delay notice, cancellation opportunity or refund required by applicable law.

Where applicable, U.S. federal rules require internet sellers to have a reasonable basis for advertised shipping times and to obtain consent to certain delays or issue a refund.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an order is returned because the customer supplied an incorrect address, failed to collect the shipment or refused delivery without an eligible claim against Mission Frontline, additional shipping costs actually incurred may be deducted from a refund where permitted by law.

Risk of accidental loss generally remains with Mission Frontline until the carrier records delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

After confirmed delivery, customers should take reasonable steps to secure the shipment and promptly report suspected loss or theft.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible standard returns must generally be initiated within 14 calendar days after delivery.

Customers must contact Mission Frontline before sending a return so that we can provide the correct return address and return instructions.

For ordinary returns such as a change of mind or incorrect size selection, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original outbound shipping costs are generally non-refundable for standard voluntary returns.

Different rules apply where the product was incorrectly shipped, arrived damaged, is defective or where applicable law requires otherwise.

Certain products, including medical supplies, sterile products, filled IFAKs, hygiene-sensitive products, customized products and products clearly identified as FINAL SALE, may be excluded from ordinary returns as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in our voluntary return policy limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

7. APPAREL, SIZING AND FIT

Mission Frontline provides practical sizing information and, where applicable, converts European or German sizing into practical U.S. sizing.

Sizing conversions are intended to assist product selection but cannot guarantee identical fit across every body type, garment manufacturer or model.

Customers should review the measurements and sizing information provided for the individual product.

Eligible apparel may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

8. TACTICAL AND FIELD EQUIPMENT

Tactical equipment must be used only for lawful purposes and in accordance with manufacturer instructions, product limitations and appropriate training.

Products such as plate carriers, chest rigs, pouches, packs and load-carrying equipment do not provide ballistic protection unless the specific product description expressly states that the product itself provides such protection and identifies the applicable rating or certification.

A carrier or pouch being compatible with protective equipment does not itself make that product protective equipment.

Customers are responsible for selecting equipment appropriate to their intended lawful use.

9. MEDICAL PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION

Medical products and first aid equipment should be used only within the user's training, competence and applicable legal requirements.

Information provided by Mission Frontline regarding medical equipment, IFAKs, first aid products or their intended use is provided for general product-information purposes.

It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment advice or a substitute for appropriate professional training.

Medical supplies may also be subject to special return restrictions described in our Return & Refund Policy.

10. FIELD GUIDE AND EDUCATIONAL CONTENT

The Mission Frontline Field Guide and other educational, editorial or technical material are provided for general informational purposes.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and useful information, but such content should not be treated as professional medical, legal, safety, military or training advice.

Equipment specifications, standards and manufacturer information may change over time.

Customers should follow current manufacturer documentation and applicable laws when those sources differ from general informational content on our website.

11. IMPORT, EXPORT AND LAWFUL USE

Some products may be subject to import, export, re-export, sanctions, customs or other regulatory restrictions.

Mission Frontline may refuse or cancel an order where fulfillment would violate applicable law or regulatory restrictions.

Customers must not purchase, export, re-export, transfer or use products in violation of applicable law.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their possession and intended use of a product is lawful at their destination.

Nothing on the website should be interpreted as authorization to export, transfer or use a regulated product where such activity is prohibited.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content of missionfrontlineusa.com, including Mission Frontline branding, logos, text, photography, graphics, videos, product presentation, Field Guide content and original website materials, is owned by or licensed to Mission Frontline unless otherwise stated.

You may use the website for personal and lawful commercial purchasing purposes.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, commercially exploit or create unauthorized derivative works from our original content without permission, except where applicable law permits such use.

Manufacturer names, trademarks and product marks remain the property of their respective owners.

13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our website may contain services, tools, payment systems, applications or links provided by third parties.

Those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

Mission Frontline is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control.

Please review the applicable third-party terms before using those services.

14. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Mission Frontline USA is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Mission Frontline.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not the seller of products purchased from Mission Frontline and is not responsible for fulfillment of those purchases, except to the extent separately provided by Shopify under services that you use directly.

15. PRIVACY

Personal information collected through missionfrontlineusa.com is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Because our store is hosted on Shopify, Shopify and other service providers may process certain information required to operate the store, payments, checkout, fraud prevention, analytics and related services.

Please review our Privacy Policy for additional information about the categories of data collected, how data is used and the rights that may apply to you.

16. REVIEWS, PHOTOS AND OTHER CUSTOMER CONTENT

If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, comment or other content to Mission Frontline for publication, you represent that you have the right to provide that material.

You grant Mission Frontline a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use submitted content in connection with operating and promoting Mission Frontline, unless otherwise agreed.

We will not intentionally claim ownership of your underlying intellectual property solely because you submitted content to us.

We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing or otherwise inappropriate.

17. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the website or our Services:

for unlawful purposes;

to commit fraud;

to violate intellectual property or privacy rights;

to introduce malware or harmful code;

to interfere with website security;

to scrape or extract protected content in a manner prohibited by law or these Terms;

to provide deliberately false information;

or to purchase or transfer products in violation of applicable sanctions, export controls or other laws.

We may restrict access or cancel transactions where reasonably necessary to protect Mission Frontline, customers or third parties from unlawful or fraudulent activity.

18. WARRANTIES

Product descriptions and any express written warranties specifically provided with a product remain applicable according to their terms.

Some products may also carry warranties provided directly by their manufacturer.

Except for warranties expressly provided by Mission Frontline, we do not voluntarily create additional warranties beyond those required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits an implied warranty, statutory warranty, product-liability obligation or other consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

No provision of these Terms should be interpreted as selling consumer products “as is” in a jurisdiction where such a disclaimer would be ineffective or prohibited.

19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

This includes, where applicable, liability arising from intentional misconduct, legally non-excludable negligence, defective products, death or personal injury, or mandatory consumer protection rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mission Frontline will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was entered into and that do not result from a breach for which such limitation is prohibited.

Nothing in this section limits your right to receive the products purchased, an eligible refund, or another remedy required by applicable law.

20. CUSTOMER MISUSE AND THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for losses or third-party claims caused by your intentional unlawful use of our Services, your intentional violation of these Terms or your infringement of another person's rights.

This section does not require a consumer to indemnify Mission Frontline for Mission Frontline's own negligence, defective products or conduct for which liability cannot legally be transferred.

21. ERRORS AND AVAILABILITY

Occasionally our website may contain typographical errors, incorrect product information, pricing errors or availability errors.

We may correct those errors when discovered.

If an error materially affects an order that has already been submitted, we will contact the customer where appropriate and may cancel and refund the affected transaction rather than fulfill it on materially incorrect terms.

22. TERMINATION OF WEBSITE ACCESS

We may restrict or terminate access to the website where a user materially violates these Terms, attempts fraud, interferes with website security or engages in unlawful conduct.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations arising from purchases already completed unless applicable law provides otherwise.

23. GOVERNING LAW AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

These Terms and contracts concluded with Mission Frontline are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and, where applicable, the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

However, this choice of law does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections that cannot be waived under the law that would otherwise apply to the consumer.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to require a consumer to waive a mandatory right to bring a claim in a court or jurisdiction available under applicable law.

For customers acting primarily in a commercial or professional capacity, jurisdiction and venue may be determined by separate agreement or applicable business-to-business law.

24. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

25. NO WAIVER

If Mission Frontline does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not constitute a permanent waiver of the right to enforce that provision later.

26. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms when our business, Services, policies or applicable legal requirements change.

The version applicable to a purchase is generally the version in effect when the order was placed, unless a later change is required by law.

The current version will remain available on this page.
