Compact trauma IFAK designed for direct belt mounting with fast access to essential medical equipment.

The Zentauron Trauma IFAK Belt Pouch is the belt-mounted version of Zentauron’s proven Trauma IFAK concept.

Developed together with personnel from police and military units and with input from TREMA, the German professional association for tactical casualty care, the pouch is designed to organize compact trauma-care equipment in a clear and repeatable layout.

The belt configuration allows the IFAK to be mounted either vertically or horizontally, making it easy to integrate into different duty-belt, tactical-belt, or equipment-belt setups.

Made in Germany.

Designed for Tactical Trauma Care

The pouch is designed around commonly used TCCC-oriented medical equipment and can accommodate items such as:

  • Pressure dressings
  • Triangle bandages
  • Disposable gloves
  • Trauma shears
  • Small flashlights
  • Airway equipment
  • Decompression needles
  • Gauze
  • Other compact trauma supplies

The layout helps keep individual items secured and identifiable instead of loose inside a single compartment.

Internal Organization

Inside the pouch are:

  • 2 mesh pockets
  • 2 large elastic loops
  • 8 small elastic loops

This combination provides structured storage for different sizes and types of medical equipment.

External Tourniquet Compartment

A dedicated external tourniquet pouch is secured with hook-and-loop closure.

This keeps a tourniquet immediately accessible without opening the main medical compartment.

A hook-and-loop patch area on the tourniquet compartment measures approximately:

2 × 2 in / 5 × 5 cm

and can be used for:

  • Medical identification
  • Red Cross-style markings
  • IFAK patches
  • Name or unit markings
  • Other hook-backed identifiers

Fast, Glove-Friendly Access

Large zipper pulls make the pouch easier to open while wearing gloves or working under reduced dexterity.

The design also supports one-handed access when necessary.

Vertical or Horizontal Belt Carry

The belt version can be mounted in two orientations:

  • Vertical
  • Horizontal

This gives the user more freedom to position the IFAK around other equipment on the belt.

It is suitable for use with:

  • Duty belts
  • Tactical belts
  • Battle belts
  • Equipment belts
  • Other compatible belt systems

Mission Frontline Take

This version is the best fit for users who want their IFAK directly on the belt instead of on a plate carrier or backpack.

The ability to mount it vertically or horizontally is especially useful because belt space is often limited and heavily dependent on the rest of the setup.

Internally, it retains the same strong Trauma IFAK concept with dedicated elastic retention, mesh compartments, and an external tourniquet pocket.

If your medical kit needs to remain accessible regardless of whether you are wearing body armor, the belt version is arguably the most universally usable configuration.

For direct MOLLE/PALS mounting, compare the Trauma IFAK – MOLLE / Faststick. For detachable mounting on large loop surfaces, see the Trauma IFAK Hook-and-Loop. Browse all IFAKs & Medical Pouches.
