Modular German-made plate carrier with SPIDER quick-release hardware, extensive MOLLE coverage, and flexible armor integration.

The Zentauron Vulcan IV Spider is a modular tactical plate carrier designed for professional users, demanding training environments, Airsoft, and Milsim applications.

Built for regular hard use, the carrier combines SPIDER quick-release buckles, external plate bags, an ergonomic cummerbund, and extensive MOLLE/PALS attachment space.

Depending on configuration, the Vulcan IV Spider can be used as a streamlined low-profile carrier or expanded into a fully equipped system with compatible hard armor, soft armor, medical equipment, communications gear, magazine pouches, and additional Zentauron accessories.

SPIDER Quick-Release System

The Vulcan IV Spider uses low-profile SPIDER quick-release buckles on both the 50 mm shoulder straps and the cummerbund.

They are designed for fast, controlled release while remaining easy to operate under demanding conditions.

Armor Compatibility

The external plate bags are designed to accommodate compatible Size Medium hard armor as well as soft-armor inserts.

Supported soft-armor formats include approximately:

• Medium: 9.8 × 11.8 in / 25 × 30 cm
• Large: 10.6 × 13.0 in / 27 × 33 cm

Hard and soft armor are carried in separate internal compartments, allowing the setup to be adapted to different requirements.

The plate bags also feature internal 3D mesh for improved ventilation and comfort.

Vertical hook-and-loop areas inside the carrier allow optional padding to be installed.

Compatible ballistic wings, lower-abdomen protection, and additional armor components can be added separately.

Armor inserts are not included unless specifically stated.

The Vulcan IV Spider provides extensive MOLLE and hook-and-loop MOLLE surfaces on both the front and rear.

Both cummerbund versions include an internal hook-and-loop compartment for compatible side soft armor or flat equipment.

The Vulcan IV Spider is an armor carrier and load-bearing platform.
