Dedicated 3-liter thigh-mounted pouch for medical supplies, tools, and mission-essential equipment.
The Zentauron TTS Standalone is designed as a true drop-leg equipment pouch, combining direct thigh mounting with the internal organization of the Zentauron TTS Trauma Pouch.
A large thigh buckle and two upper attachment loops allow the pouch to be secured to the leg and connected to a duty belt, tactical belt, or other compatible belt system.
With approximately 3 liters of capacity, the TTS Standalone provides substantial storage while keeping equipment accessible on the thigh and leaving valuable space free on a plate carrier, chest rig, or belt.
Made in Germany.
Dedicated Thigh-Mounted Design
Unlike modular pouch-and-platform combinations, the TTS Standalone is built specifically as an integrated thigh pouch.
The carry system includes:
- Large thigh retention strap with buckle
- Two upper belt attachment loops
- Direct body-worn drop-leg configuration
This allows the pouch to be attached or removed relatively quickly while maintaining a stable carry position.
Organized Interior
The internal layout follows the design of Zentauron's TTS Trauma Pouch.
Multiple elastic loops and storage sleeves provide organized space for equipment such as:
- Medical supplies
- Dressings
- Bandages
- Small tools
- Trauma equipment
- Utility accessories
- Other compact mission gear
The layout keeps individual items separated and easier to identify than a single undivided compartment.
Full-Opening Dual Zipper
A dual zipper allows the pouch to open almost completely, providing a clear view of the internal contents.
Both zipper sliders feature rubber pulls for improved grip and fast access, including while wearing gloves.
Secondary Hook-and-Loop Closure
If the user does not want to fully close the zipper during active use, an upper hook-and-loop retention strap can be used as a secondary closure.
This provides a faster way to keep the pouch partially secured while maintaining quicker access to the contents.
MOLLE / PALS Expansion
The front of the pouch features MOLLE/PALS webbing for attaching additional compatible equipment.
The side wings that wrap toward the leg also feature a row of MOLLE attachment loops.
Suitable accessories can include:
- Tourniquet holders
- Flashlights
- Trauma shears
- Small medical pouches
- Compact utility equipment
Identification Panel
A front hook-and-loop panel provides space for:
- Medical patches
- Name tapes
- Unit markings
- ID patches
- Other hook-backed identifiers

Mission Frontline Take
This version makes the most sense if you specifically want a dedicated thigh pouch rather than a removable pouch mounted to a separate platform.
The advantage is simplicity: the TTS Standalone is already built around the drop-leg carry concept, so there are fewer components and less setup involved.
We also like the secondary hook-and-loop closure. In situations where you are repeatedly accessing the pouch, you can keep the zipper partially open and still retain the contents without having to fully zip and unzip the pouch every time.
With 3 liters of space and a structured interior, it works particularly well for medical equipment, tools, or other gear that needs to remain accessible while leaving the torso and belt less crowded.
