TTS Thigh Pouch SET

Modular 3-liter thigh-mounted equipment pouch for medical supplies, tools, and mission-essential gear.

The Zentauron TTS Standalone Thigh Pouch is a tactical leg-mounted storage system designed to carry medical equipment, tools, and other compact field gear without using valuable space on a plate carrier, protective vest, or duty belt.

The complete set includes the TTS pouch and matching thigh platform, creating a standalone carry solution that keeps essential equipment close to the body and quickly accessible.

The pouch uses the same basic layout as the Zentauron TTS Trauma Pouch, combined with a dedicated thigh-mounting system.

Removable Pouch & Thigh Platform

The thigh platform attaches to the user's belt or duty belt and is additionally secured around the thigh.

The TTS pouch itself connects to the platform through a large hook-and-loop surface.

An additional wraparound retention strap with buckle secures the pouch and helps prevent accidental separation during movement.

This allows the pouch to remain stable while still being removable from the thigh platform when required.

Organized Interior

The inside of the pouch features multiple elastic loops and storage sleeves.

These can be used to organize:

• Medical consumables
• Dressings
• Bandages
• Small tools
• Compact emergency equipment
• Other mission-specific items

The internal layout helps keep equipment separated and immediately identifiable instead of loose inside one large compartment.

Wide-Opening Dual Zipper

The pouch uses a dual-zipper closure that allows the main compartment to open widely for better visibility and access.

Both zipper sliders can be positioned independently.

Integrated rubber zipper pulls improve grip, including when wearing gloves.

MOLLE / PALS Expansion

MOLLE/PALS attachment loops are located on the front and side wings of the pouch.

These provide space for additional compatible equipment such as:

• Tourniquet holders
• Flashlight pouches
• Trauma-shear holders
• Small medical pouches
• Utility accessories

The modular exterior allows the setup to be adapted according to the user's role and available space on the thigh.

Identification Panel

The TTS Standalone Thigh Pouch is manufactured from Cordura® 560D Polyamide 6.6.

Mission Frontline Take

The biggest advantage of the TTS Standalone is that it gives you roughly 3 liters of additional storage without taking over space on your plate carrier or belt line.

That makes it particularly useful for medical users or anyone carrying equipment that needs to stay accessible but does not necessarily belong on the front of the torso.

We also like the double-retention system. The large hook-and-loop connection makes the pouch removable, while the additional buckle strap keeps it secure during movement.

For users who specifically prefer thigh-mounted medical or utility equipment, the TTS offers significantly more organization and capacity than a simple drop-leg pouch.
