Minimalist tourniquet retention for fast access and a clean equipment setup.

The Zentauron Tourniquet Holder ES is a lightweight, reusable retention system designed to secure a tourniquet or similarly sized equipment directly to MOLLE/PALS-compatible gear.

The holder attaches to MOLLE webbing using hook-and-loop and remains fixed to the carrier even after the tourniquet has been removed. Its open, low-profile construction keeps the equipment immediately accessible while taking up very little space.

In addition to tourniquets, the holder can also be used for similarly sized items such as compact angle-head flashlights or small field tools.

The ES Holder is the minimalist option for carrying a tourniquet.

Instead of placing the TQ inside a full pouch, it keeps it directly accessible on your MOLLE equipment while adding almost no unnecessary bulk.

We especially like that the holder stays attached to the carrier after the tourniquet is removed, which keeps the setup clean and avoids loose retention straps.

The tradeoff is protection: unlike a covered pouch, the tourniquet remains more exposed to dirt, abrasion, and sunlight.
