Rugged MOLLE rifle magazine pouch for carrying two 30-round STANAG magazines with adjustable compression retention.

The Zentauron STANAG Double Magazine Pouch is designed to carry two standard 30-round NATO / STANAG rifle magazines in a compact, secure configuration.

It accommodates common magazine formats used with platforms such as the M4, M16, FAMAS, SA80, and compatible FN systems, while the flexible pouch construction can also accept selected similarly sized equipment.

A protective flap and adjustable elastic compression cord provide two layers of retention, keeping the contents secure during movement and field use.

Double STANAG Magazine Capacity

The pouch is designed for:

• 2 × 30-round STANAG magazines

Dual Retention System

The pouch uses two complementary retention systems.

Protective Flap

The upper flap secures the magazines and closes using a large hook-and-loop surface on the front.

This provides additional protection against:

• Dirt and debris
• External contact
• Movement during transport

Elastic Compression Cord

An elastic shock cord runs through the center of the pouch body.

Tension can be adjusted using a durable polymer cord lock, allowing the pouch to compress around the inserted magazines.

This helps maintain secure retention even as the pouch load changes.

Adjustable Magazine Retention

The compression system allows the user to fine-tune how tightly the pouch holds its contents.

The result is a more secure fit than relying solely on the flap while still keeping the pouch adaptable to slightly different magazine geometries.

MOLLE / Faststick Mounting

Two long integrated Faststick straps on the rear provide secure attachment to compatible MOLLE/PALS equipment.

Rugged Cordura® Construction

The rear MOLLE attachment straps are manufactured from durable Polyamide webbing.

Depending on the selected color or camouflage version, the materials are produced according to applicable German Bundeswehr technical specifications or MIL-SPEC requirements, including corresponding MultiCam configurations.

The pouch is designed primarily around common 30-round STANAG / NATO rifle magazines. Fit with significantly different magazine designs should be verified individually.

Mission Frontline Take

This is the more traditional choice compared with Zentauron's open-top Rubber Pouches.

The combination of a full protective flap and adjustable compression cord gives the magazines considerably more coverage and retention, which makes sense for longer field use, rough terrain, or situations where dirt protection is more important than absolute access speed.
