Compact 13-liter MOLLE daypack combining dedicated hydration capability with modular storage for mission, training, and outdoor use.
The Zentauron Sprinter is a lightweight tactical backpack designed as an expanded hydration carrier rather than a simple water-bladder sleeve.
With approximately 13 liters of capacity, it provides enough room for hydration, a lightweight clothing layer, personal equipment, electronics, medical supplies, or other compact field gear while remaining small enough for fast-moving applications.
Extensive MOLLE/PALS webbing, compression straps, a dedicated hydration compartment, and a padded 3D-mesh harness make the Sprinter a highly modular small pack for military, tactical, hunting, and outdoor use.
Made in Germany.
13-Liter Compact Pack
The Sprinter provides approximately:
13 L / 793 cu in
of internal storage.
Its compact size makes it suitable for:
- Hydration
- Lightweight rain gear
- Gloves
- Medical supplies
- Navigation equipment
- Electronics
- Food and snacks
- Personal field equipment
- Other mission essentials
It fills the gap between a minimal hydration carrier and a conventional 20–30 liter assault pack.
Dedicated Hydration Compartment
Inside the backpack is a dedicated sleeve with a suspension point for a hydration bladder.
This keeps the reservoir positioned against the back and separated from the remaining equipment.
A compatible hydration system allows water to remain accessible while moving without removing the pack.
Hydration bladder is not included unless specifically stated.
Front 5 × 6 MOLLE / PALS Field
The front panel features:
5 rows × 6 columns of MOLLE/PALS
This provides substantial modular attachment space for a pack of this size.
Compatible accessories can include:
- Utility pouches
- Medical pouches
- Magazine pouches
- Tourniquet holders
- Tool pouches
- Other MOLLE/PALS-compatible equipment
Side MOLLE Expansion
Additional MOLLE/PALS loops are positioned on both sides of the backpack.
These are particularly useful for accessories such as:
- Canteen pouches
- Utility pouches
- Compact medical equipment
- Other modular gear
This allows the 13-liter base pack to be expanded according to the individual loadout.
Dual Compression Straps
Two integrated compression straps allow the pack and attached side equipment to be pulled closer to the body.
This helps:
- Reduce unnecessary movement
- Stabilize partially filled loads
- Keep side pouches closer to the pack
- Maintain a more compact profile
Dual Identification Panels
Two hook-and-loop identification areas are positioned on the front.
The upper panel measures approximately:
2.0 × 3.9 in / 5 × 10 cm
and is suitable for:
- ID patches
- Reflective patches
- Unit identifiers
A second lower loop field is designed for a name tape or similar identification.
Internal Hook-and-Loop Organization
A loop mounting surface inside the pack provides attachment space for compatible hook-backed accessories.
The included valuables pouch can be attached here and repositioned as required.
Additional compatible organizer modules can also be integrated depending on the setup.
Included Valuables Pouch
The Sprinter includes a removable internal pouch for small personal items.
It can be attached to the internal loop surface and used for items such as:
- Keys
- Wallet
- Documents
- Small electronics
- Other valuables
Padded 3D-Mesh Carry System
The shoulder harness is padded and covered with 3D spacer mesh to improve comfort and airflow.
This is particularly useful during warmer weather or physically demanding activity.
An adjustable sternum strap provides additional stability.
Quick-Opening Shoulder Straps
The shoulder straps incorporate buckles that allow them to be opened without pulling the entire strap over the shoulder.
This can make the pack easier to:
- Remove quickly
- Put on or take off while prone
- Handle around other worn equipment
Optional Hip Belt
The backpack includes attachment points for an optional compatible hip belt.
This allows additional stability and load distribution when required.
Hip belt sold separately.
IRR / NIR-Oriented Military Materials
Military color variants use materials selected around military camouflage and near-infrared signature requirements.
The construction is designed to reduce infrared reflectance compared with conventional civilian equipment.
Actual IR/NIR performance depends on the specific color, camouflage variant, surrounding environment, and observation system.
Available Colors
Military-oriented options include:
- German Flecktarn (5-Color)
- German Tropentarn (3-Color)
- Olive
- Coyote Brown
- MultiCam
- Pencott
Availability may vary by configuration.

Mission Frontline Take
The Sprinter is a very useful size because it sits directly between a basic hydration carrier and a full assault pack.
A minimal hydration pouch is great if all you need is water, but once you want to add a rain layer, gloves, medical gear, batteries, or food, capacity disappears quickly. The Sprinter gives you 13 liters without jumping straight to a much larger backpack.
The front and side MOLLE fields also mean that the pack can grow when required, while the compression straps help keep that extra equipment under control.
We particularly like the combination of the hydration sleeve, included internal valuables pouch, and ventilated carry system. It makes the Sprinter suitable not only for tactical use but also for range days, hunting, training, and longer outdoor activities where a full-size pack would be unnecessary.
For users looking for a compact German-made hydration daypack with genuine MOLLE expansion capability, the Sprinter is a strong middle ground.
