Compact external medical storage for rescue packs, carriers, and modular equipment.
The Zentauron Rescue Horizontal is a compact medical utility pouch designed to expand rescue backpacks, medical carriers, protective vests, and other MOLLE/PALS-compatible equipment.
With approximately 1.5 liters of capacity, it provides quick access to frequently used supplies without requiring the user to open the main compartment of a larger medical pack.
Inside, full-width mesh compartments and elastic retention loops help organize items such as dressings, trauma shears, disposable gloves, and other compact medical or utility equipment.
Reflective webbing on the exterior improves visibility in low-light conditions, while the horizontal construction keeps the pouch relatively flat against the carrier.
Made in Germany.

Mission Frontline Take
The Rescue Horizontal is a practical way to keep frequently needed medical supplies separate from the main medical pack.
Its internal mesh pockets and elastic loops provide more organization than a basic utility pouch, while the horizontal design keeps the load close to the carrier and minimizes unnecessary bulk.
We especially like it as an external module for gloves, dressings, trauma shears, and other equipment that may need to be accessed repeatedly.
The reflective detailing also makes sense for rescue and emergency environments where visibility matters.
