MOLLE LC Shoulder Pads

Low-profile laser-cut shoulder pads for plate carriers and ballistic vests, combining 6 mm cushioning with MOLLE-style routing for cables, hydration tubes, and compact equipment.

The Zentauron MOLLE LC Shoulder Pads are designed to improve comfort on plate carriers and ballistic vests by distributing load more evenly across the shoulders.

A 6 mm foam core provides additional cushioning under heavier carrier setups, while the laser-cut Cordura® laminate on top keeps the attachment surface flatter than conventional sewn MOLLE webbing.

Five laser-cut attachment slots and six additional lacing points provide multiple options for managing communications cables, hydration tubes, shock cord, or other lightweight equipment.

6mm Shoulder Padding

Each shoulder pad contains approximately:

0.24 in / 6 mm foam padding

The additional cushioning helps distribute pressure created by:

• Armor
• Magazines
• Radios
• Hydration systems
• Medical equipment
• Other carrier-mounted gear

This can make extended wear more comfortable by reducing concentrated pressure around the shoulder and neck area.

Low-Profile Laser-Cut MOLLE

The upper surface uses a laser-cut Cordura® laminate rather than conventional sewn webbing.

This provides a flatter attachment interface while still allowing compatible equipment to be routed or secured along the shoulder.

The panel includes:

These can be used for:

Six Additional Lacing Points

In addition to the laser-cut slots, each pad includes six attachment holes.

These can be used with:

Fits Shoulder Straps up to 2 Inches Wide

The shoulder pads are designed to fit plate-carrier and ballistic-vest shoulder straps up to approximately:

2.0 in / 5 cm wide

This makes them suitable for Zentauron carriers as well as many third-party systems with compatible strap dimensions.

Full-Length Hook-and-Loop Closure

Hook-and-loop surfaces run along the length of the pads and wrap around the existing shoulder straps.

Two additional hook-and-loop fixation points help keep the pads positioned on the carrier straps rather than allowing them to shift during movement.

Low-Profile Dimensions

Each pad measures approximately:

7.5 × 2.8 × 0.6 in / 19 × 7 × 1.5 cm

The relatively slim construction provides cushioning without creating excessive bulk around the neck and shoulder area.

IRR / FR-Oriented Materials

The shoulder pads are manufactured from Polyamide / Cordura®-based tactical materials with IRR and FR-oriented properties.

The materials are intended for professional tactical use where both near-infrared signature and flame-resistance characteristics are relevant.

These pads should not be treated as certified protective equipment against fire or thermal hazards unless a specific certification is stated for the exact product variant.

Compared with Zentauron's standard MOLLE Shoulder Pads, the LC version is the more low-profile and modern solution.

You still get the same useful 6 mm padding, but the laser-cut laminate eliminates some of the bulk created by traditional sewn webbing.

The combination of five laser-cut slots and six additional lacing points also makes these pads especially useful for users who need to organize radio cables, hydration tubes, or other equipment along the shoulder straps.
