Low-profile 12-liter trauma backpack with modular internal organization, high-visibility reflective MOLLE, and compatibility with modular protective-vest setups.
The Zentauron Medic Assault Pack is a compact medical backpack designed for first responders, medics, and rescue personnel who need substantial emergency equipment in a relatively flat and mobile package.
With approximately 12 liters of capacity, the pack provides room for trauma supplies, medical equipment, and other emergency-response gear while remaining noticeably slimmer than larger medical backpacks.
A loop-lined modular interior allows the layout to be configured around the individual medical loadout, while two separate front compartments provide rapid access to frequently required equipment.
12-Liter Low-Profile Medical Pack
The Medic Assault Pack provides approximately:
12 L / 732 cu in
of storage capacity.
Its relatively flat construction makes it useful when mobility and a compact equipment profile are more important than carrying the maximum possible volume.
Depending on configuration, it can accommodate:
- Trauma supplies
- Dressings and bandages
- Medical consumables
- Protective gloves
- Airway accessories
- Diagnostic equipment
- Medications where appropriate and legally permitted
- Other emergency-response equipment
Medical contents are not included unless specifically stated.
Fully Configurable Interior
Internal loop surfaces allow compatible hook-backed organizers and medical modules to be positioned according to the user's requirements.
This allows the pack to be configured for different roles instead of relying on a permanently fixed internal layout.
Compatible organization concepts can include:
- Medical organizer pouches
- Elastic retention modules
- Mesh pouches
- Equipment holders
- Divider modules
- Other compatible hook-backed accessories
The layout can therefore be adapted as equipment or mission requirements change.
Reflective Yellow MOLLE / PALS
Reflective yellow modular attachment loops are positioned on the front and sides of the backpack.
These provide two functions:
- Additional MOLLE/PALS attachment capability
- Increased visual recognition in low-light environments
This can be especially useful for rescue and EMS personnel operating at night, around accident scenes, or in other reduced-visibility conditions.
Front Hook-and-Loop MOLLE Panel
The front also incorporates a combined modular hook-and-loop attachment area.
Compatible accessories can include:
- Medical pouches
- Tourniquet holders
- Utility pouches
- Equipment holsters
- Identification patches
- Other modular medical equipment
This allows frequently used gear to remain accessible without opening the primary compartment.
Two Separate Front Zipper Compartments
Two independent zippered compartments on the front provide dedicated quick-access storage.
These compartments can be used to separate frequently required items from the main medical load.
Possible contents include:
- Gloves
- Dressings
- Tourniquets
- Small trauma supplies
- Medical accessories
- Other frequently accessed equipment
Separate front compartments also make it easier to organize equipment according to priority or function.
Backpack Carry System
The Medic Assault Pack includes lightly padded shoulder straps for conventional backpack carry.
This keeps both hands free while moving between patients or through difficult terrain.
A top carry handle provides an additional option for:
- Hand carrying
- Rapid pickup
- Moving the pack short distances
- Passing the backpack between personnel
Protective-Vest Integration
The backpack includes an attachment interface designed to allow it to be secured to a compatible modular protective vest.
This gives users the option to integrate the medical pack more closely with a load-bearing or protective system rather than always carrying it as an independent backpack.
Exact compatibility depends on the specific vest and attachment configuration.

Medical Equipment Notice
The Medic Assault Pack is an equipment carrying and organization platform.
The backpack itself does not provide medical treatment capability. Operational capability depends on the medical supplies, equipment, configuration, and appropriately trained personnel using it.
Mission Frontline Take
The Medic Assault Pack sits in a useful position between a small IFAK-style system and a full-size medical backpack.
Twelve liters is enough for a meaningful trauma loadout, but the flat construction keeps the pack much more manageable than a 20- to 30-liter rescue pack when working in vehicles, confined areas, or alongside other worn equipment.
The two separate front compartments are particularly useful because medical equipment is not only about how much you can carry — it is about how quickly you can reach the right item.
We also like the combination of reflective rescue-oriented webbing and modular vest compatibility. It gives the pack a clear EMS role while still retaining many of the modular features associated with tactical equipment.
For medics and rescue personnel who want a compact, configurable trauma backpack with more capacity than an IFAK but less bulk than a full rescue pack, the Medic Assault Pack is a strong middle-ground solution.
