MBITR Radio Pouch – PRC-152 / PRC-148

Purpose-built MOLLE radio pouch for MBITR-style communication systems.

The Zentauron MBITR Radio Pouch is designed for the AN/PRC-152 and AN/PRC-148 MBITR (Multiband Inter/Intra Team Radio) platforms and other radios with comparable dimensions.

Its open, low-profile construction keeps the radio securely retained while maintaining access to controls, connectors, and antennas.

The radio is secured by an adjustable elastic retention cord with a 20 mm quick-release buckle. The buckle's counterpart is held in position by an elastic section, allowing the closure to be operated efficiently with one hand.

Two integrated MOLLE/Faststick attachments on the rear provide a secure connection to standard MOLLE/PALS platforms such as plate carriers, load-bearing equipment, belts, or backpacks.

Additional MOLLE webbing on the front and sides allows the pouch to be expanded with small utility pouches for spare batteries, cables, or other radio accessories.

The MBITR pouch follows a simple principle: secure the radio without burying it inside unnecessary material.

Because it is built around the dimensions of the PRC-152 and PRC-148 platforms, the radio sits much more securely than it would in a generic universal pouch.

The elastic retention system is particularly useful because it keeps the device secured while still allowing fast access. The one-handed buckle setup also makes sense when the other hand is occupied with equipment.

We also like the additional MOLLE webbing on the front and sides. Spare batteries, cables, or a small utility pouch can stay directly with the radio instead of taking up space elsewhere on the carrier.

For users running PRC-152-, PRC-148-, or similarly sized radio platforms, this is a compact and purpose-built solution with the added advantage of German manufacture and proven Cordura® construction.
