CBRN Protective Mask Pouch

Purpose-built MOLLE pouch for German Bundeswehr protective masks, with additional storage for gloves, protective lenses, and other immediately required accessories.

The Zentauron CBRN Protective Mask Pouch is designed to carry both current and earlier-generation German Bundeswehr protective masks in a compact and readily accessible configuration.

In addition to the mask itself, two separate internal slip pockets provide dedicated storage for smaller equipment such as gloves, protective lenses, or other accessories that should remain organized and immediately available.

Multiple mounting options allow the pouch to be integrated with MOLLE/PALS equipment, conventional belts, or — with the optional leg kit — a drop-leg configuration.

Designed for Bundeswehr Protective Masks

The pouch is specifically designed around German military protective-mask systems.

It can accommodate:

The main compartment keeps the mask together with the equipment that may be needed alongside it.

Dual Internal Accessory Pockets

Two separate slip pockets inside the pouch help organize smaller equipment away from the protective mask.

Suitable items can include:

• Spare protective lenses

• Other compact protective equipment

This prevents smaller items from moving freely around the main compartment.

Reinforced Roll-Top Closure

The pouch uses a roll-top closure instead of a conventional zipper or flap.

The closure section is reinforced with polymer material to provide additional structure.

A Fastex-style buckle secures the rolled section in place.

Double-Layer Cordura® Construction

The exterior body is built using two layers of Cordura® for increased durability.

This creates a robust construction suited to field use while still allowing the pouch to be compressed when empty.

When not carrying a mask, the pouch can be rolled down to reduce its footprint on the equipment system.

MOLLE / PALS Mounting

The pouch includes two MOLLE Clips 7.5 for attachment to compatible modular surfaces.

It can be mounted to:

• MOLLE/PALS load-bearing equipment
• Tactical packs
• Other modular platforms

Belt / Duty Belt Mounting

A separate two-piece hook-and-loop interface on the rear allows the pouch to be attached to a compatible belt or duty-belt system.

This makes the pouch usable even when a MOLLE platform is not available.

Optional Drop-Leg Configuration

The pouch can also be converted for side-of-leg carry using the separately available Zentauron Leg Kit for the Protective Mask Pouch.

This provides an additional mounting option for users who prefer to keep the mask away from the plate carrier or vest.

IRR / NIR-Oriented Construction

The pouch uses IRR/NIR-oriented materials designed to reduce infrared reflectance compared with conventional civilian equipment.

This makes it particularly relevant for military and professional tactical loadouts where equipment signature is a consideration.

Important Note

This product is a carrying pouch only.

It does not provide respiratory, chemical, biological, radiological, or ballistic protection by itself. The protective capability depends entirely on the compatible mask, filter, and other protective equipment used with it.

Mission Frontline Take

A protective mask is one of those pieces of equipment that needs to be protected but still immediately accessible, and this pouch is clearly designed around that requirement.

The roll-top construction is particularly interesting because it avoids a bulky rigid lid while still fully enclosing the mask. The double-layer Cordura® body also gives the pouch more structure and durability than a simple lightweight carrier.

We also like the mounting flexibility. You can run it directly on MOLLE, attach it to a belt, or move it to the leg with the optional kit depending on how crowded the rest of the loadout is.

For Bundeswehr-style protective-mask setups, this is a dedicated German-made solution rather than trying to fit the mask into a generic utility pouch.
